Employer of the Year Award
The Employer of the Year award is a testament to a business’s commitment to its employees and the value it places on open, effective communication and employees’ contributions to its success. This category also highlights innovative leadership and exceptional approaches to wellbeing and support, which contribute to outstanding workplace cultures. The Employer of the Year award can set a business apart from its competitors, and inspire other Tai Tokerau businesses to create similar environments within their own workplaces.
This award will be assessed through a specialist entry form, you do not have to have entered the Business Category to be eligible HOWEVER while you could win the Employer of the Year category you will not be eligible for the Northland Business Excellence Supreme Award without also entering the Business Category appropriate to your size business. Entrants in the Employer of the Year category who are shortlisted should be prepared for an on-site interview with the judges for this category.
How to enter: Complete the Expression of Interest form indicating your interest and a team member will be in touch with the Specialist Category entry form for Employer of the Year.
