This form is a notification that you would like to be contacted regarding the entry process and upcoming FREE, 1 hour awards Coaching Clinics (in person and online), beginning in May, for the Northland Business Excellence Awards 2026.

  • Please include owners, part-time, full time employees plus contractors and volunteers
  • Only one business category can be entered
  • You can enter any number of these specialist categories which might apply to your business. Note some may require an additional small entry form, others are integrated using the main Business Category Entry form and require you to ensure additional information is included in the main entry. (Two categories are individual nominations, as indicated, please check the box if you think you have someone who would qualify). Please tick the boxes of those you are interested in including any nomination categories.
