The Employer of the Year award is a testament to a business’s commitment to its employees and the value it places on open, effective communication and employees’ contributions to its success. This category also highlights innovative leadership and exceptional approaches to wellbeing and support, which contribute to outstanding workplace cultures. The Employer of the Year award can set a business apart from its competitors, and inspire other Tai Tokerau businesses to create similar environments within their own workplaces.
This award will be assessed through the general Business Category Awards Entry followed by an interview on site for shortlisted employers.
How to enter: To be considered for this award, please ensure when you complete your entry that you share details on how you engage with your team and the notable projects you’ve implemented over the last 12 months to develop your workplace culture, in the applicable places throughout the entry form.
